The secret to changing your life? Small habits.

For example, I recently completed my first ever 30 day yoga challenge from @adrienelouise. This was the first time I have ever been able to complete an entire 30 day challenge! I missed a couple days, but I bounced right back the next day and kept going. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Incorporating daily morning yoga into my day during this challenge was intentional. My goals were to:

1) Prove to myself that I could commit and complete a 30 day challenge

2) Prioritize at least 20 minutes of exercise every morning

3) Build a new habit into my morning routine in order to add-in more intense workouts regularly

This small addition of just 20 minutes of yoga every day has given me all of the above, and I know will have long-lasting effects for my overall habits to live a healthier life.
