Two years ago, I didn’t consider myself a positive person. I frequently viewed the world with a more “glass half-empty” mindset, which ultimately lead to a fierce experience and battle with anxiety and depression. The fact that others are now calling me a positive person is almost a miracle, but I’m extremely proud of the journey I’ve taken and the work I’ve done to achieve the mindset I have today.
I want to take some time to teach you ways to create a more positive mindset. Whether you’re experiencing depression, feel like the world won’t give you a break, or just notice that it’s time for a mindset shift, practicing these tips can help you achieve more regularly positive outlooks on life.
Now, I’m not referring to an unrealistic expectation about life with this kind of mindset, but more of a strength to handle challenges life throws at you without allowing it to throw you too far off course.
[bctt tweet=”A positive mindset can really change your life.” username=”@sarakathblog”]A positive mindset can really change your life. I’ve noticed so many differences when dealing with challenges when I have more control over my thoughts and reactions instead of allowing hurdles to control me.
What about you? Do you consider yourself a glass-half-empty or full type of person?
